The popup was a huge success. It was great to see everyone. The seasonal menu winner based on everyone’s feedback was the Strawberry Shortcake and Beer Cake. These may both be on the menu next month at @gallowaysbakery on Apr 22. Get your engines ready for a really fun event at this amazing bakery. There are never enough donuts!

Coming up this Sat I’m making some great donuts. I’ve been doing this since 2018. I’m always trying to make them better but despite the fancy flavors I like to make, I love the basic donuts.
