Feb 11 Pre-orders are up and running. An oldie but goodie is making its way back by popular demand: Everything Bagel! Whipped, lemony cream cheese on the inside and buttery everything bagel seasoning on the outside. New donut: Beer Cake! Its literally a cake donut made with beer and will be bathed in beer glaze as well. Sim Coe will be curating beers to pair with these great donuts so pickup some brew if you stop by. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Feb 11!

Someone described this donut as a "sleeper" and I couldn't agree more. The quince butter has been in my pantry marinating since I did a mass batch of all kinds of jellies/jams/butters. I was waiting for this moment and I was really pleased. I hope you also enjoyed the flavors!

One of the new flavors today was Cherry Bakewell. The big hunk of frangipane sitting on freshly made sour cherry jam was soft and sweet. I could eat buckets of that stuff. Thanks for all who were part of todays event!
